Aaron Idelson is a content creator and visual strategist with a passion for storytelling,
identity, and digital culture. Originally from Cooperstown, New York, he began uploading
YouTube videos at 13 and went on to study Film & Media Studies and Sociology at Tufts
University.
Aaron started his professional career at Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he learned to
translate traditional media formats into compelling digital content. Since then, he’s
worked across platforms and genres, directing content and creative for talent and
brands including Alex Cooper, Call Her Daddy, Lil Nas X, Vogue, Lizzo, Halsey,
Amazon, MTV, and more.
While leading Call Her Daddy’s creative and content, he helped to grow the show’s
social following by over one million in his first year alone. Under his tenure, he has led the TikTok to amassing over 1.5 billion views annually. He has led campaigns for Unwell
Hydration, Unwell’s SiriusXM launch, two sold out national tours, and Alex Cooper’s
2024 Olympics broadcast, which earned him his first Emmy. His work has been featured
in documentaries Call Her Alex and Lil Nas X: Long Live Montero, which premiered at
Tribeca and TIFF, respectively.
Aaron brings a sharp eye, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of digital
storytelling to every project. His work blends culture and creativity to make content that
resonates—and lasts.
